Nortel Networks

The projects each consisted of the continued expansion of the existing Ottawa Carling Campus with both a new 200,000 square foot and a new 250,000 square foot, high technology, laboratory/office facility. The Lab 9 and 10 programs complied with the Nortel Networks necessity for the completion of projects, from initiation stage to the final building occupancy, with a “web speed” schedule. Client programming commenced in May 2000 and September 2000 respectively for Labs 9 and 10. Final occupancy was successfully achieved on schedule in February 2001 and October 2001 respectively.
