Bluewater Health

The Bluewater Health Capital Redevelopment project included the planning of new and expanded space for key Programs including Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency, Surgical Suites, Surgical Day Care, Intensive Care Units, Inpatient Units and Complex Continuing Care.

Cambridge Memorial Hospital

The project includes an increase of 52 patient beds for a total of up to 197 beds. Other highlights include expanded clinical services, including the emergency department, surgery services, medicine, mental health, obstetrics and rehabilitation and expanded clinical support services, including its laboratory, diagnostic imaging and central supply services.

Michael Garron Hospital

The Capital Redevelopment project involves renovations within the existing hospital and new construction of an eight-story patient care tower. The project is being managed through the Infrastructure Ontario P3 Design-Build-Finance model. Construction commenced in February 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in September 2023.

Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre

The Thunder Bay Regional Hospital (TBRH) project consisted of a new green field replacement facility. The facility was designed as a 365 bed acute care hospital which included 12 peri-operative theatres, 22 Intensive Care beds, Maternal Newborn, Mental Health and all related clinical service spaces. In addition, the facility incorporated Cancer Treatment space including Radiation bunkers, Chemotherapy treatment, Outpatient examination and Research areas.

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre

Hofmann PM Inc. implemented the various construction projects noted above as owner representative in a Project Management role. Led or participated in the planning, design, construction and/or project close-out of a total of 733,000 square feet of space with a total budget of $209 million.

West Lincoln Memorial Hospital

The project reached the early design stages with the Stage 1 Proposal/Business Case approved by the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Heath Integration Network and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
