Michael Garron Hospital Redevelopment

Construction Budget: $411,000000, Size: 550,000 square feet of new space and 100,000 square feet of renovations

The Capital Redevelopment project involves renovations within the existing hospital and new construction of an eight-story patient care tower. The project is being managed through the Infrastructure Ontario P3 Design-Build-Finance model. Construction commenced in February 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in September 2023.

Hofmann PM Inc. has been retained as the Project Director to execute and control all aspects of the capital project through the management of the scope, cost, schedule, resources, quality, communication, risk and procurement.
