Owner representation to lead all aspects of a Capital Project from Consultant Team selection to facility design, construction and commissioning. HOFMANN PM Inc. understands the need to manage detailed planning to maintain project control and accountabilities during implementation stage.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:
Scheduling, cost control/management and value management initiatives as they relate to the construction of a Capital Project. Understanding construction processes, HOFMANN PM Inc. will lead the creation of required phasing plans to maintain a safe and uninterrupted facility environment.
FACILITY PLANNING:
Having unique experience as owner representative, HOFMANN PM Inc. provides a number of Facilities Planning related services including Equipment and Furniture Planning Co-ordination, Occupancy Planning strategies and the management of necessary decision processes. Through experience in co-ordinating Health Care equipment, HOFMANN PM Inc. provides value in driving user decisions and developing strategies to mitigate risk to base building cost and schedule.
