The Capital Redevelopment project was planned for three new sites in Brampton, Mississauga and Halton and consists of the planning and design of three new Children’s Treatment facilities to replace existing, aged facilities. The project was managed under the Infrastructure Ontario P3 Design-Build-Finance model. The Functional Program was approved by the Ontario Ministry of Children Community and Social Services in August 2012.
